Last Wednesday..okay i guess i am talking about the Wednesday before that..December 5th. We were blessed to have our friend Anna take pics of our new little family. She truly is amazing at what she does!! We got some really great shots of the fam that i am super excited about. The updated pics on our blog are from the shoot,also. So, i just had to put a couple of my favorite pics up of my two favorite guys!!!
So, last weekend, at my baby shower my friend Jane, wanted to take a picture of Jonah in a stocking. She found a stocking that had some stretch and little Jonah was stuffed inside...looking absolutely adorable....as usual. He was not so crazy about it, but we could not resist. Thank you Jane!!
Okay...so in this picture all Jonah was thinking was.....get me out of here. I love having him swaddled...but when his hands are stuck in a blanket, all he wants is OUT! So, today was our first day out of the house, without Myk. Good grief, I have a lot to learn with finding the "easy way" to do things when I take this little guy to town. No more throwing my purse over my shoulder and going!!! Hey.....i am cool with that...just look at who I get to bring everywhere. Ya, I know, only the most beautiful baby boy!!!!!!!!!! I am so in love with the two men in my life :)
So yesterday....we totally found our new fav baby store....Little Ones. That place is amazing and seems to have everything! It is a scary place because of everything that I want to buy...want...not need, of course. There is such a variety of fun in that store. We scored and got a real cute surf board coat rack, which we have on the wall in Jonah's room. It looks sooo cute with his hoodies hangin' on it...luv it!! We also bought some really cute letters to spell out Jonah, and we put them above his dresser. His room just looks so much cuter now, practically complete!! We found so many other things that we would love to have, but unfortunately $$$$$ does not grow on trees...darn. It was pretty crazy, but one of our pregnancy photos was on display. There was also one of Janae and Scott's little Lydia....so sweet. Then I saw the gals that worked there folding these adorable little blankets....right on Megan....you talented thang you :) Well, just had to let you know that Little Ones is so adorable and is full of amazing ideas. Needless to say when spare $$$ rolls around, we are totally going back to get some more stylin' stuff!!!!!
We thought we would show you what our handsome little guy's room looks like. I know the pictures aren't the greatest... but you get the jist. We found all of the decor on the internet and were SUPER stoked. We are lovin' the surf look for our little Jonah Michael. Oh....take special note to my little accessory, on the dresser. Yes, it is my fabulous diaper bag....lovin' it. Thanks Sharon and Robin!!!!
